What ever happened to the Separation of Church and State?

Twenty States have Anti-Shariah Bills Under Review in one form or fashion.

For some reason the Islamic world is a blaze saying unfair and stigmata against them at this time.

Well for arguments sake lets just remove Shariah from the language and just state any form or Religious or Foreign/International Laws being used to affect internal United States Law and enforcement there of.

This would mean any agreements in other countries, the Hague, you name it they all would be null and void and no longer affect internal U.S. policies.  This would be across the board enforcement and fairness.

Church and State separation was the requirement when the Constitution originally was written.  This was because the Church at that time (Church of England) was to over baring on their control of religious freedoms.  There were no freedoms.  That is why many braved the oceans to come to this country.  My ancestors were one of those such families.  Part of the Original Dutch trading company.

Now, that Islam and its goal of peacefully encroaching on our Constitutional rights via their religious freedoms.  Freedom is not at the cost of someone else's freedom.  That is where the line is drawn.  That is where the government should step in and say enough is enough.

States are up to the task and 20 are taking action.  Where is the Federal Government on this?  Considering how the White House has acted and used the Department of Defense and the State Department in recent times, I would say the Federal Government is Missing in Action and doing its level best to be completely confusing as to its goals if it has any.

Considering it has allegedly been involved in precursory meetings with operatives that helped sponsor the Egyptian fun we just witnessed, then the Tripoli conflict we are seeing.  Not to mention the Saudi government now being pushed by our actions towards China and Russia.  This is just another front in this activity that is on going right at the moment.  Open conflict in the streets save protests have yet to occur here.  They have occurred in so many places around the Middle East it is difficult to count them all.  The Middle East is a fire now.  "Democracy" is on the move.  Many of the radicals of our past are in the lead of these activities.  In many cases they are directing or sponsoring them directly.  Israel is the target of the time.  Israel is surrounded.

This is what we could witness in the United States as well.  Considering the borders have been as open as they have been for years and limited if any real enforcement of security except at checkpoints.  Give me a break.  it is not that difficult to get across the border.

But now Shariah in day to day rulings in courts.  Not just no but hades no.
